Ideal Logic Combi 30 Leak on diverter valve head

Hi everyone!
First post here and I look forward to getting involved.
My boiler lost pressure recently, when I topped it back up there was a slight leak out of the bottom. It didn't seem much but when I opened the front up there was a fair amount of water resting in the bottom. After drying it up I found the source of the leak and it appears to be leaking from the diverter valve head.
I wonder if anyone could advise as to whether it is likely to be the head or if, in fact it is more likely to be the diverter valve itself and also what is the difficulty in changing either or both.
I'm fairly competent in plumbing and kept my previous boiler going for years with various bits and pieces although I don't quite see how the head comes off the diverter (or I'd have had a better look).
Any advice gratefully received. Thanks for reading!
Mat

Getting more common with these.
You need to replace the DV cartridge asap before the water gets in to the motor head and cause more expense.

**Edited**
Hi Dave
Thank you for this. I've found the instruction on how to change this in the online me service manual. It appears to be leaking at the front, dripping from the edge of the diverter head, is this likely to mean that only the front cartridge would need changing or do they both have to be done together?
The front cartridge looks a bit less hassle than the back so if I can get away with that I will.
Thanks again.
Mat

How old is the boiler, isn't it still under warranty.

It's just over 3 years and no longer in warranty.

Yes, I have only ever replaced the front end. It is just an 'o' ring in it that fails.

Thanks Dave, that sounds easy.
Can you just get the O ring then?
Cheers

No, just buy the complete front end.

Thanks Dave. I could only find the complete cartridge which includes front and back but it was only £22 and was delivered this morning so I'll sort that later on.
I'm sure it's a bargain compared to calling someone out!
There's a tube of grease in the pack, where do I smear this?
Thanks for your help.
