Not sure if anyone is in the market for a new van but Ford have announced this new deal today. Most people who drive battered old vans can't afford to purchase a new one regardless of the scrappage incentive..... and they'll only find that any 'negotiations' they try to make on a normal purchase is stopped anyway.

Any way you look at it this is another sign of the imminent collapse in the market.....
