Board / backer board then tiling bathroom floor

Hi all, so I need to retile my bathroom floor, one of the tiles has come loose, grout is coming out and the board underneath is going to need replacing due to dampness.
This is what I intend to do.
Replace boards with 18 mm t & g flooring chipboard & screw well down http://www.wickes.co.uk/Wickes-P5-T+g-C ... m/p/164516
I was going to use WBP ply but it's not so readily available.
Then overboard with 6mm hardie backer board, screwing well down and taping the joints with 50 mm alkaline resistant fibre tape as per instructions for hardie backer boards.
My questions are
1 What adhesive should I be using to bed the backerboard to the chipboard & how long before I can tile over the backerboard.
2. What adhesive should I use between tiles & backerboard & how long before I can grout the tiles ** as the floor area of my bathroom is only 1800 x 1300 a rapid set adhesive would suit me better
3. Is there any particular grout I should use
Thanks in advance
