Hello Folks,

I wrote a big long post here just before my radiator problem one, but I think I lost it! Bah!

Anyway, basically in a nutshell I'm doing my first ever house renovation on my Nan & Grandad's old house, which I'll be moving into at some point. Nothing special, just a three bed, mid-terrace, ex local authority at the back of a quiet cul-de-sac in the West Mids.

I'm a Gardener and Nurseryman by trade, so very little D.I.Y knowledge. Therfore I'll be learning as I go, and may need to ask a few silly questions along the way!
