PSB1800 flashes 3 times, help!
Hello,
I have a Bosch PSB 1800 LI-2 since January 2017 bought on amazon. It started to doing something strange, it flashes all the 4 leds (3x battery level plus the lantern led) all at once, three times occasionally after press and hold the trigger, it does this on all the modes and forces and do nothing other than flashing the 3 times, after try pressing the trigger a few times it runs perfectly with the same power as when it was brand new, and only do it again after a few minutes with no use.
Batteries are fully charged, and it is not used everyday, just for bricolage here and there. What can it be? Should I ask amazon for warranty or is there anything I can do to fix it?
Here is a video that I recorded just now showing the issue
Thanks

It does what the video shows after being a long time without use, and do it with both batteries... hmmm

I think it does the same thing, my dad uses it more often than me, I will tell him to try charge the batteries and see what it does after

Yeah, he already tried with a fully previously charged battery, same issue, and it happens with both of them

Hmm, stored always indoors, on my dad's garage, on a shelf inside his case... For what it shows it have to be a battery issue right? My dad tought about the trigger contact switch but if it happens almost always at the first pull of the trigger must be something else or otherwise it would do almost in every pull of the trigger right?

if both give the same indication then that would normally mean the tool or charger as the chances off failure off both batteries at the same time is minimal unless storage or use related warnings are indicated by the unusual light combination
