Just rejoined site after a few years

Hi guys always found this forum very helpful in the past when carrying out minor DIY work around the house ans again looking for a bit of advice. I am looking to replace patio door handles on an outside office as the doors were second hand when i got them and handles not the greatest when locking etc but my question is what do you call the "non locking " door handle(left hand one on this pic as you look at it) might seem like a daft question but i cannot seem to find a set of handles to buy
