Homebase have set up some outlet/clearance stores where they sell stuff off cheaper than elsewhere

Some of the stuff isn't dirt cheap even after discounts but in the one near to me they were offering 75% off Hardware, which included Locks including Masterlock, Door Furniture, fixings and cord and rope, 30% off of hand tools, 10% off Power Tools 20% of Decorating so if you are near it may be worth a phone call or a trip

Interesting. Bournemouth store is not so far from me, so will be worth a look once the snow/ice has thawed.
