We have an Aqualisa Axis Digital (Pumped) shower system which we purchased around 2008.
It has been working well until now. Only hot water is coming through. I have tried turning the handle on the controller unit to different settings but the water continues to come through very hot. There is no reduction in the power the water is coming through.
I have previously replaced the controller unit in 2014.
Any ideas?
We would be grateful for any advice

I'm not familiar with this model but assume it has hot and cold feeds.. have you checked that the tank in the loft is re-filling as it should ?
