small welding help needed

Hi
I have some display equipment which I need to disassemble. Unfortunately it's built very awkwardly. They seem to have used some sort of specialist tool which a regular tool does not have a clearance to access.
I need to weld just 5mm tip of a secure torx bit to a flat metal piece like a philips screwdriver tip at a right angle in order to loosen this bolt. You can see in this image attached that I have tried to shave off a bit of the torx key, but the amount removed is far too much and comprimises the strength of the key - it bends before it would move the bolt at all.
I do not have a welder, was hoping for some ideas on how to adapt a tool for this.
