Hi guys, I need some advice! I’ve got a really difficult customer on a limestone job. I’ve laid all the slabs, grouted them all up then primed all the slabs as your supposed to. The customer is arguing saying the colour has changed. I think it looks ok, where do I stand

You said " I think it looks ok" that implies the colour has changed (I always thought that they did when you "seal" them)
At the end of the day, it is the customer who is paying for the job, they could be trying to pull a fast one, who knows.
If it were me, I would say
"The "primer that you must use" has slightly changed the colour, but since it has to be used there is nothing you can do about it, but if they don't like it, they don't have to pay, and you will remove all the tiles."
What else can you do?

Thanks for yours comments guys, however I’ve just realised it could be me. It seems I’ve used an acrylic primer instead of a sealer. I did wonder why there was an £120 difference! Still I might have to argue as everything else is tip top
