Fitting underfloor heating

I want to fit underfloor heating below stone floor tiles in my bathroom. Being a relatively new house the floor is made from chipboard panels. Is it ok to fit the heating cable directly to it. I'm concerned that if i need to fit fire resistant panel as well as my floor tiles there will be a significant height difference from the landing.

Chipboard floor, bathroom and tiles is not a very good mixture
Fit 6mm or 10mm backing board to the chipboard
When installing the underfloor heating try to get the thermostat near to the centre of the room
With using the backing board it shouldn't bring the floor up anymore than 20-25mm
As Only-Me suggests **** is a good product
