Plastering With Angles

Hi I'm just about to plaster my ceiling in my hallway downstairs. It is connected at an angle to the small ceiling as you go up the stairs which has already been plastered and only needs painting.
Can I avoid plastering over this too and just doing the hallway ceiling with a stop bead?

Definitely not a stop bead - but you may be able to feather it?
If you are intending to plaster over that artex, paint it with Feb Blue Grit (or similar) first.

Probably done now but next time use plaster stop bead for a nice crisp finish, these are designed for 3mm plaster finish, and it will look right.
Not to be confused with render stop bead.

I ended up using scrim on the other side and pulling off just before drying. Did have a look for stop beads but local places to me only have angle beads!!
