I'm in the middle of planning my bathroom renovation, I'm going to be fully tiling the walls.
The walls are all painted with emulsion which is in good condition with no peeling or cracking.
Is it necessary to fully remove it before tiling?
If so how is best to go about it?
I've Googled the subject but get alot of conflicting opinions, what do you guys think?
Thanks

Just abrade the emulsion (coarse sandpaper or whatever) then crack on.
