Impossible to say which is best, there are plenty of good ones though.

My personal preference for outdoor paint is Zinsser Allcoat Exterior. I have found it to be a very durable paint on all the surfaces I have used it on.

Water penetrates external wall that usually faces any wind or rain.
We have had the roof checked, all OK.
Replaced all UPVC windows and had any rendering checked and repaired.
Therefore it would appear that the rain is penetrating the rendering, the walls do not seem to have an air gap but look like breeze blocks laid flat side down! This we found out when the windows were replaced.
