In this video I replace the washer/diaphragm in a toilet fill valve. The valve in this toilet is a Torbeck valve, but most toilet fill valves are similar. If your toilet cistern is constantly overflowing and will not stop, then it’s likely that the washer/diaphragm needs replacing
