can't log in to this forum

This is not my problem, but a member of this forum cannot log into it

I have changed his username and I have reset his password. I can log in using his username and password, but he still can't log in.

I wondered if any of the computer boffins had a solution?

He is using firefox.

Yep, I have been drilling holes with firefox for years with no problem and it also makes tea like mum used to.
