I've inherited a shed from the previous owners of my house and it's in need of some general maintenance. It has a pitched roof although I've never measured to find out the exact pitch. It has guttering too which I need to clear.
My main concern is what exactly needs to be done. One interior wall has a lot of moisture on it. It is the wall that has the guttering on the outside and it is also the lowest end of the pitch. My impulse is to clean the guttering first and to put a new roof on the shed (The are signs of rot on one corner).
Further down the line I want to insulate the ol' shack and make sure it's damp proof so I can put a tumble dryer in there. It looks as though there used to be one in there judging from a hole I can only presume to be for an air vent.
I hope I'm not being a complete numpty here. As a complete novice I'm waffling! please help!
shedding my concerns!
