really cold kitchen
i live in a two bedroom semi detached victorian house. none of the house is particuarly warm but the kitchen is the most notable. when i have touched the walls of the kitchen there is a marked difference to the touch compared with the rest of the house. i have had a look at some of the old paperwork and noted some damp course injection holes on the outer bricks. the kitchen wall is not on the same run of brick but comes in at a L shape. suspect the dpc has failed and also noted some brickwork in need of repair but not overly. could you advise what this may and what the remedies might be. would be happy to do the dpc injection cream thing and is the products only available by mail order.
