I can understand the red flag bit as in those those good old heady days they also believed if man travelled at more than 20 MPH he would disintegrate

Those were the days when cars were driven by steam. I can remember a steam roller operating down our road in the 1940's.

Very true Pipertom I had heard of that one it is still on the statute as is
Every man aged 16 or over must do one hours of archery practice every day.
We are legally allowed to p*ss on the wheels of our carts or cars or vans or lorries in public. BUT I think the Gestapo will nick you for a different law of indecent exposure.

But due to health and safety, wearing full combat body armour, goggles, hard hat, Hi Vis vest, safety boots and with imaginary arrows (a, the government can't afford them. b, there too dangerous for health and safety reasons)IDontBelieveIt wrote:
