All about quotes

I would be gratefull if you could tell me if this is a fair quote for labour only to provide supply to out building.
Run 50mtrs SWA, Wire Consumer unit to provide
Ix 32A ring circiut 4 outlets
2x 6A ligthing circuits
1x digital control panel for :
1x 16A motor circuit via contactor
1x 32A heater circuit via contactor
1x 10A motor(s) circuit direct from controller
1x Door activated Light circuit from contoller

in addition to the above there is 8 hrs of non electrical work

I quoted £1500. the guy went white I believe this to be a fair quote but if I am wrong I will eat humble pie and re-quote the job

Does this quote include materials, if so then its a very reasonable quote, but after all you are in scotland, so the legendary tightness has obviously set in on your client. got to be about £500-£600 of materials there sureley and that doesn not include any materials for the other 8 hours of the job so , i think it s fair.
