First of all three points.
1) Don't worry there are no pictures
2) I am actually quite an intelligent bloke with a responsible job
3) All of this is true and it was me doing it - no friend of a friend crap
Now read on...
I'm doing a lot of messy DIY and got really pissed having to wash my scruffs almost every other day and also take a shower twice a day.
So I came to the conclusion that as long as it was warm enough and I wasn't breaking any decency laws I would do DIY naked or almost naked except for PPE.
My logic went, you're washing all of yourself in the shower anyway so save the clothes. And skin tends to grow back eventually.
I can now tell you there are certain things you don't do without clothes on.
Don't use an angle grinder to cut up the old water tank so you can get it out the loft. Directing a stream of red hot filings onto your plums hurts.
Don't use a circular saw to cut up chipboard if you're naked AND left handed. The exhaust port sandblasts your nipple with really nasty sawdust.
And finally don't lay fibre glass loft insulation. I thought it was the rubbing action of the clothes that forces the fibres into your skin. No clothes means they sit on the surface and can be showered off. Nope. You think you've gotten away with it until you put clothes on and then you itch for two days.
Naked DIY - Not a good idea
