NETGEAR WIRELESS APAPTOR

Hi forum,

I have just a netgear wireless router 54mpbs but the problem is my pc is not wireless enabled. Is there any sites were i can get a cheap netgear dongle of some sort from as ebay seems to be a bit dodgy at times it also needs to be vista compatable.

Your operating system does not matter when going wireless.

i have just come across an old bt voyager 1055 dongle i used to use on my xp os. But since i upgraded to vista it will not work ive even installed the vista drivers from the bt site its saying that 1 of my usb ports as malfunctioned and may not work when inserting the dongle.

Have you tried it in another USB port? and also tried something else that works into the USB port that is suspected of not working.
