damp spots in different place

Hi All,
I have sealed all the doors and windows few months ago and then painted the kitchen wall and around the door of the kitchen double glaze door.

I have noticed there are like damp spot marks in certain places. I have checked the door seal all around the edge and it is sealed, as no water can get through. It is strange where the damp marks are, as it does not like rising damp or penetrating damp.

Not sure what is causing that siraz, unless the cavity is blocked

I do not know what causing it Chez.

I will see how this winter goes, as i need to re-look at it again when it rains to see if i can see the damp spot appears heavy in that area.
