Remote Control Fault?

Post by kintangoman »

I have a Nissan Primera, 05 plate, diesel, estate model.

in the past month, when i lock the car, one of the back door can still be opened, then the factory alarm goes off, beeep beeep beeep etc. when you push the rear door shut, the alarm goes off.

my worry is that anyone who is aware of the fault can easily gain access 2the car. it wont take them long to nick something & move on. i'm not sure the alarm will hinder them.

my question,
how can i sort the door out??? dont want to go and give nissan lots of £s?
thanks 4UR assistance.

If the alrm is activated, i guess the control is seeing it all as locked, something to do with the motor in the door i would expect. Pop the door card off and have a look. Something might have simply dropped off between lock and motor.
