I need some advice regarding the above. This is what happened.
all of a sudden the cluch would stick and i would not be able to disengage it unless i stoped the engine. Noticed that oil in reservoir was low and topped it up. It got better but still would stick less frequently. Took it to a garage and the mechanic replaced the clutch master cylinder. The cluch pedal became very stiff and had to exert pressure to push it down but gears engaged without trouble. Mechanic said that the stiffness is due to a bad cluth which has to be replaced in the near future meanwhile the same day in the evening after doing not more than 10 miles, the new master cylinder which is situated under the dashboard stated to drip oil onto my feet every time i depressed the clutch pedal. My question is this: Does the pedal harden with worn clutch.because i am suspecting that the new master cylinder was either faulty or improperly installed. Your help would be greatly appreciated. The bill includingengie oil and filter change was Euro 518

no a worn out clutch slips; if not fitted properly you would know straight away and if this is the original clutch then i would assume its fitted correctly. the pedal doesnt go stiff.
the seal on the master cylinder is leaking so when you exert pressure it p!sses out brake/clutch fluid.
i would ask him to replace the master cylinder again (although this may now be buggered but im hoping an incorrect fit) and make sure he bleeds it correctly (ideally with a pump). some cars are harder to bleed (is the dyna the van mpv type thing?) and if not using a pump its best to open the bleed valves on the callipers as well to make sure all air is out. air locks usually cause a very stiff pedal.
