Hi
I've jsut cut the worktops using router and cut out the bolts, unfortunately when the worktop is placed the bolts holes are covered by the cabinet plank. Can i move a worktop a little bit and then bolt it ?
Also I;ve got a Mitre Bond glue but its saying setting time 10sec it's looks a really quick... Not sure if I in 10 sec can screw together 3 bolts ...
Its mitre bond adhesive and pen activator
Any advise?
Cheers
Worktop again

Re: Worktop again
are both sides of the bolt covered? you only need one free side to tighten. if you are able to slide the top over alittle if not use a hole saw to cut holes were the nut goes.
for the joint, mitre mate is not really made for worktop joints. you need some exterior/waterproof pva glue

Re: Worktop again
do not use mitre bond it is not waterproof
you need somthing that will completely cover all the area and have a bit off flexability and waterproof
