Outdoor tiles.... problem fitting one

Post by davemulheran »

Hi all,

The front top part of our cottage is tiled. Two have fallen off. They are nail in tiles. I have replaced one but cannot get the one above it fixed as it requires nailing and the tile above it overlaps / covers the nailing points.

Removing the one above is not an option as id have to remove them all above, and the top rail of tiles are cemented in

Is there any type of silicon / high, fast grip substance that I can use to effectively GLUE the tile on to the one below? It seems like the only way I can get the tile on.

Removing the others above is deffo not an option

thks

No-more nails do an exterior adhesive..would probably do the job.

thanks mate, will get some of this then, as I also have a tile in two bits on the pitched part of the porch that needs to be fixed. Again, replacing the tile would be a nightmare
