Download the mw3 snap program and install it, then open the program and on the left there is a button that says any rect. area click on that and then click on the button underneath that says snap any area.
Your mouse pointer turns into a tool where you make a square with it, so move the pointer to the top left of your screen, press the left mouse button whilst dragging the mouse to the bottom right corner, once there left click again and it will have snapped the picture.
Then select save from the file menu to save it
