Materials for tiling a floor which may become flooded

With the heavy rain over the weekend our kitchen in the cellar has flooded again when the kitchen was being put in we dug down and had to place piping under the concrete to direct a stream of water which was running under the house (presumably from the hills at the back) into the drain outside. We believe the reason its flooded is due to the drain becoming partly blocked and the water backing up or due to the rain being so heavy it couldn't clear in time.

We currently have a kitchen laminate fitted which the water has ruined. The only solution we can see to this issue is to lay a tile floor (not removable) and then if this does ever happen again, the water can be mopped up and managed instead of it destroying the floor.

Could you advise as to wether this is a feasible option and if a certain type of tiles and grout (not sure what actually attaches the tiles to the floor as i haven't done it before) would need to be used.

Tiles with a high resistance to moisture such as Grade 5 Porcelain and certain stone tiles.

Cement based adhesives which are suitable for wet areas and epoxy grouts for joint finishes.

Whatever you do it isn't going to protect the slab underneath and therefore may need ripping out after a flood.
