more painted MDF
I got these wardrobes fitted today. I left a gap at the top of this one due to the ceiling being so out of true. Think it looks better than a sloping cornice and hides the defect. Customer was very happy with them which is what counts.
Centre one has a removable shelf and rail fitted.
Never enough hours in the day!

Love the finish you get Mailee - I'm trying to do my own version and would be happy to be half as good!

Some cornices do look pooh when scribed. Best with the gap, although I loathe them as it leaves a dark shadow. Even a shaker cornice would probably look naff butted up to that ceiling, it appears to be deep artex lol.

Thanks. Yes they are all made from scratch using MRMDF.
