Halfords industrial tool chest offer

Post by Joelc »

Halfords have their industrial tool chest on offer, both top and bottom for 300 quid.

Bought mine after watching the uhm video, and they are really good.

It's a cracking piece of kit. I use the tool cabinet when subcontracting.

The supplied wheels were a bit small, so I bought some larger ones from ebay. The cabinet must have 150KG of tools in it. I often use the cabinet as a trolley as I can wheel it to the job, then put a motor/gearbox etc. on top of the box and wheel it back to the workshop.

The tool chest is fixed to the garage wall.

You have to be careful with the US pro boxes, one of the technicians at work has one and the drawers are really hard to open and close. I thought about the US pro tool boxes, but after seeing his I was glad I didn't get one.

I really fancy a facom toolchest...Have 2 of their ratchets I got for 1/2 retail price on ebay and they are stonking bits of kit, gave my dad the US Pro ratchet I had bought the week before...oddly he thinks its better than facom??? The facom feels solid and with zero play on the ratchet...the us pro felt...loose.....

I just need to find someone who will give me a mortgage to cover the cost of a facom toolchest

I know city bank who provides mortgage to cover the cost of a Facom Toolchest with low interest rate. You just need to make an inquiry at the bank about the same.
