Please use this thread to announce the whereabouts/whenabouts of sales of subsidised energy-saving products be they loft insulation, solar panels or whatever.
Does anyone know if there is to be another subsidised issue of loft insulation products? I bought some rolls of the stuff for around £3/roll last year but it's now £30+ which makes me baulk a bit considering I need another ten rolls!

all the energy companies have there annual quotas that they have to fill
so wait till nearer the end off the financial year for the mad dash for energy saving give aways
