Hi all, I'm hoping this is going to be a really easy question to answer!
If you have a 'sit on' sink (so no worktop), e.g. the Provence single bowl (1000mm x 600mm), will it sit perfectly onto a standard 1000mm x 570mm base cabinet? I've not actually seen one of these sinks yet so unsure of what the underneath looks like - does the lip allow for those 30mm difference, or do you actually need a cabinet that's exactly 600mm depth?
Thanks very much in advance for any help - this is a brilliant forum!
Ellie.

Re: 'Sit On' sinks - cabinet fitting
Is it the ceramic sink?
Looks like the bowl comes down just over 100mm from the wall at its nearest point.
You may have to either trim or move the brace at the back of the unit downwards or it may be fine as it is,
What is the distance from the wall to the front of the carcase?
Is this a new sink in an existing kitchen or a new fit?

sits directly on the a std 570unit, the extra depth is for the front overhang to cover the doors
