Converting Fridge/freezer cupboard to tall cupboard?

Post by Zen03 »

I'm struggling for storage space in my small kitchen and need a tall cupboard. I believe the cupboards are discontinued. In order to get a perfect match (total kitchen refurb not an option) I will confirm with house builder the details of cupboard and try to find stockist. If it's not possible to find a match, I'm considering converting an existing integrated fridge/freezer cupboard although this will mean finding matching sides for both tall cupboard (will move to opposite wall) and small wall mounted unit it is fitted to. The fridge on the 'blink' and would like a larger one anyway so unit will not be needed.

Is the alternative option to re-use the integrated cupboard a feasible option?

Many thanks
