WANTED...... ELU Router MOF98 motor/ armature.

Hi all.
I was recently given an ELU MOF98 Router, but unfortunately the commutator of the armature is knackered. Does anyone have one of these lying around with a good motor but broken something else(case for example) that you could let me have/purchase. It is also missing the collet and collet nut, so those would also be appreciated,(but are still available if not)as I would love to get this one going to go in the router table I got at the same time. I believe these armatures are common to a few ELU/Dewalt models, but I'm not sure which.

Sorry Tim, but as far as I'm aware the MOF98 armature was only for the MOF98 and the (rare) MOF77 although the brushes, handles, collets and collet nuts are the same as the MOF177. The MOF31 has a different motor and the MOF177e which replaced it is a different motor design altogether AFAIK. I still have a MOF98 (and a couple of MOF31s, and two versions of MOF177e

), but mine's in robust good health - and in any case it's a 110 volt model. Which makes it my backup.

Unfortunately I think you are right Job&Knock-I think the collet and nut are compatible though.
Maybe that's why the bloke wo had it before hadn't got it fixed.
