it says i need a download to let me scan
no matter what rout i take i finnish up here

all i want is to download whats required to scan

any off you clever lads find a link that will work

Pick Windows 8.1 as the operating system. The full suite will be available then - should work fine!

i now get the question mark on the bottom
click on it it opens for a split second and dissapears

ok thanks sorted now took far more effort than nesissary as every one wants to be a one stop shop giving you a full package a store to sell you things all your personal details etc when " scan document " is all thats needed
