Non working socket

Non working socket

Was asked by a regular customer to change a double socket as it had only worked on one socket since they had the tiling done 2 years ago.

Here is pic of socket. All I did was remove cables. Right hand side was the one that worked! No idea how it a) worked b) hadn't caught fire.
