Is it any wonder the Aus'ies wont let people in, we used it as a prison, no wonder they don't care much for us.

I would like to know when things started going backwards? just when did it pay to do nothing, or go to prison? stay on the state? get pregnant, why is it getting harder by the day to make an decent living? why should the scum rule the streets, they don't pay for them, WE do!

What I would really LOVE to know, is just when is anybody going to be botherd enough to do something about it all, not just pay lip service or wring their hands in dispare over it, NO get of their padded bottom and say, the crap stops here! don't like it? TOUGH! now go home, cause we dont want or need another idiot scrounger, we've got plenty of our own.

Untill that happens, just keep pullung up the waders and hope the crap goes down before it comes over the top!

Exactly what i said. Civil unrest, call it what you like WILL happen. It is going to be messy and people will get needlessly hurt. This government needs to stand up and get its thumb out of its arse and do something NOW.

Stop building more houses that are ruining our country and start deporting the unwanted scum now. Close the borders, cut benefits massively, make it harder to get benefits, put the emphasis back onto marriage and family life NOT single parenting, make English the first language again, make any successful immigrant swear to uphold the beliefs and laws of OUR country above their own, get us out of europe and scrap the bill of human rights today.

I could go on all day, but it depresses me so much. The wife has often asked about emmigrating but I refuse to be drummed out of MY country. We need a sound political force with the balls to do something radical and soon, not like the extreme BNP who keep letting themselves down with racist junk, this has nothing to do with race, colour or creed. Its about restoring and protecting OUR once great island.

GET IT BACK, KEEP IT BACK!!!

I reckon somewhere in the 70's, it started a downward spiral which, unchecked, is now out of control.

You're joking, the Aussies can't get enough of us at the moment. They've even changed the points system so its in our favour. If you've got a skill they need then its all systems go and they'll even put another shrimp on the barbie

We just let anyone in anytime and PAY them for it

Mates of mine are off to New Zealand in a few days - she is a nurse, had a telephone interview and an offer there and then, and my mate who is a designer in the print industry has had some offers via the internet already.
May even pack my bags myself

DaveK, I have a lot of time for your oppinion, but must admit, I too have conciderd packing up and leaveing.
It's only the fact that this is MY country that really stops me from going.

As you have posted why should this native people feel so argreved that they should want to leave.
I see that some muppit in the gov is making some noise's in the right direction over the benefits culture, I dout it will come to much, time will tell, but what is stop them putting in place a system of working, after the first six months, no work .... no money. They have got family, why not bum off them?
There is a massive amout of potential work that could be done to the greater good of all, but in would seem the lunatics are indeed ..... running the asylum.

Anything the Govt. comes up with will probably be quashed by the bill of human rights.

Same as the cushy position prisoners are kept in, tv's, x-boxes, way too cushy. And as for the guy that refused to go to court because his cell was too comfy and didn't want to loose it

he should have been hosed down in the cell with the fire hose and left to dry, then dragged to court, FFS who's in charge? why it's the bill of human rights of course
