The buttons are too small on the 5516 imho, I have been in this situation a few years ago the buttons need to be bigger than the tip of your finger and spaced apart

That's what I was thinking. He did suggest that turning off the voicemail might just mean that the call will be stopped/ended or whatever after the same length of time, I'm going to play around with that on today's hospital visit, (I've already ascertained that the voicemail can be turned back on again).
One day it will all be firewood.
