Hi, don’t know if this is the correct sub but will try anyway. I got some bog standard b and q ceramic tiles fitted last year but I hate them and have decided to get Lino fitted. Had the fitter out and he said that the grout lines will eventually show through if it’s laid directly into the tiles, he suggested self levelling compound but I have never used it before. Can anyone recommend one? I looked at Arditex NA but nobody stocks it near me. If I got a standard SLC would I need to prime the tiles prior to pouring the SLC? Also could I just fill the grout lines with a filler and sand down or would that not work?
Thanks in advance.

Instead of asking for deletion, it would be best to say what was your solution. Someone else (not him) might benefit in the future.
