Hello dear forum members.
I have a problem. I bought a garden umbrella during the weekend. Unfortunately, the wind broke and "gently" damaged it.
The element (crank) is made of some metal alloy. It crumbled when the wind blew.
I have to connect it somehow and I do not have any idea.
Are there any good methods to fix this?
Maybe adhesive glue type of cold welding?
I will be grateful for any suggestions.
Best regards
Lukas

Sorry but there is no chance of fixing that in a way that will last.

You can say that it was not of merchantable quality, it was probably a poor mix in the casting. As long as you have the receipt they should change it or offer a repair solution.

Just seen that you only bought it at the weekend. In that case, take it back. Not fit for purpose.
