I'm semi retired and do some property maintenance, mainly decorating, for an acquaintance who has a small portfolio of rental properties. I buy all materials on his accounts and work for a daily rate. Being rentals the houses are not "cosseted" by the tenants so work is done to a safe and reasonable standard with value for money products - no overpriced designer paints!
Looking forward to actively participating in the forum.
