Not sure why you'd want an older version, they may not be compatible with your current operating system - that's why things get constantly updated.

If you're looking for an older view of something, are you aware that you can alter the timeline of what you're looking at?

Not tested, but plenty of older versions here, just run a scan on them before you install.

dont like being told to change i dont like bells and whistles unless its what i have chosen
a new different version just means learning to do the same thing a new way for no benefit
i dont do anything on the computer other than brows play the odd free game or forums nothing at all that needs back up
the problem with google earth you havent got the rotation buttons in the same way so dont use it as frustrating
and "just run a scan before you install" :dunno:
never had to do it if i did learn to do it it would serve no purpose so be forgoten by my brain as not interesting :huray:

When you've downloaded something - right click on the unopened file with the mouse and there should be an option to scan the file with your AV - it's not much to remember.

ahh right i am used to going to the compass as the controls also top bar still missing ??
it simply seems pointless to completly change without an easy revert option that will undo as much as that option will allow

You miss understand, it means the version you are looking at is an experimental version.

As for moving around, press and hold the left mouse button, move the mouse left right up or down.

Have you not heard of google maps, much better click here

timtable sums figures maps statistics never forget them
Neighbours names even how to describe the person forget it i have to write there names down and can take years to remember a whole fammily i only see perhaps 3 times a year
i can remember mechanical and technical stuff from my railway career and that finished in 94 lol
and yes i fully understand long and short time memory but i also know what gets my brains attention and the reason i m talking in the third party is most off it is fully automatic without my intervention

The above is google maps

The above is google earth

Google maps is much easier to navigate, you can use it like you are driving a car, you just follow the road, much easier than google earth

i will see if i can find that version, there should be a menu bar at the top with file, view, etc

You aren't using the web-based google earth, are you? I think you may be, menus on the left and the controls in the bottom right https://g.co/earth/beta

on the left click the 3 horizontal bars, then click search
