I recently bought a BA full meal trolley and looking to renovate the trolley.

Looking for advice on cleaning and polishing the metal parts. They look aluminium and possibly steel to me.

Any advice on the project would be appreciated.

You could improve it massively by putting edible food in it.

As a 'first'.

But, seriously, try making tool cabinets out of them. A decent tool cabinet (with slide out drawers) cost a bomb.

What are you looking at using it for, a mobile toolbox? I thought those hostess warming trollies were a thing of the past, surely you aren't using it indoors?

I'm not 100% on what I will use it for yet. A tool trolley could work . But wanted to give it a spruce up first. I'm sure that the sides are carbon fiber .

Pretty sure they are almost entirely aluminium.
