Hi there .
please can someone help me.

I have a Apple Mac.
I have a flashing question mark, below this: support.apple.com/mac/startup
I've tried turning off and on and then Command/R together, it just goes back to the above.

Great if someone can help,

It's either a corrupt file system or the hard drive has died
