Stair stringer cladding

Post by fin »

it would do the job. i normally use oak faced mdf but have used the ply before too. on the job in my pictures earlier i used the 5mm mdf on the stair stringers and for the other parts i had to make up i used 18mm oak faced mdf.

ply that thin ya can often cut it with a knife. give that a bash or try using down cut jigsaw blades. if you use a stanley knifge be carefull!!

i go to blueprint joinery or i think its jackson woodworks for the stair parts for my jobs
