Anyone had an issue with the mouse or touchpad while scrolling, the problem happens when I scroll in chrome then switch to atom or any similar application, when I start scrolling the mouse scrolls as mush as I scrolled in chrome, the same happens when I scroll in atom and switch to chrome , I don't know how to describe the problem but the most accurate description could be that the mouse jumps or something, I searched for it multiple times but I didn't find any solution
