Trend T35A M Class Vac

Post by Argyll »

I've just bought this vac from Amazon. Used but apparently in good nick. It's either been bought to be used briefly and returned or someone bought it, thought it was crap and returned it.

Reviews on the internet are mixed.

Does anyone have any opinions of this vac? I'll be doing a lot of sanding in my house soon so appreciate any views.

I've ordered it Fin. I'll see what it's like and have 30 days to return it. I normally just use my trusty old henry but I don't think that's even L class. I can definitely feel it in my lungs that night when I've been cutting MDF.

It was reduced from around £240 to £130 so it's worth the gamble.

I bet it's only been taken out the packaging. Used on Amazon it's probably a retailer still with full warranty? I use a vtuff it's ok just have to remember to turn it on no auto power. What's this trend one 240 or 110?

I have a Fessa CTL 26E AC

So rated as a L class but uses the exact same filters as the M class. The only differences is that the filters get banged according to a timer on mine whereas the M class version monitors air flow which is something else to go wrong!

If I set mine to the minimum duration it cleans the filters as often as the M class does flat out.

Because it's certified as automatic the M class is acceptable on site where mine isn't but I don't work on those kind of sites so saved a couple of hundred squids :huray:

Argyll, Trend stuff is usually pretty awesome so you should be good although I imagine it's just a rebranded version of another make

I received it yesterday and it looks new although it was advertised as used. I'll give it a try very soon and let you know what I think.
