dewalt boots

Post by fin »

i usually get dewalt boots for work. normally i get them from screwfix. snapped the laces in the old pair that were dropping to bits anyway so ordered a new pair and picked them up today. The screwfix website states the boots have steel midsole and composite toe cap although..... i only looked for the midsole when i ordered them i must admit.

the boots actually have a composite mid sole and toe cap.

does this particularly matter? like for anything like a nail pokeing through the boot sole? id rather have had steel i think but i guess if these are fine then all good. perhaps the website could be updated though

I have Dewalt boots and they have steel midsoles and toe caps. My laces frayed out and I got some from Amazon.

my old pair are the dewalt titanium i think... bout £90 theyre split down the seams on either side. ive had them a year and the soles are also fairly worn so time for a new pair anyway.
