Burnzomatic QuickFyre torch not lighting

Post by Onar »

Hello guys

I have a Burnzomatic Blow Torch which I have not used for a long time.
I went to use it and it it would not light so I removed the nozzle and clean it in Baking Soda.

When it dried I operated the torch and it worked (burned a flame).

Today I tried and it will not light even with a new cannister.

I can't see a hole/jet to clean.

can anyone advise please?. See photo.

Thank you. :salute:

Will it light if you turn it on and hold a lit lighter in front of it?

Hi

Even with a new cylinder the torch does not light when I hold a lighter to it.

Thank you.

It does not have any user serviceable parts, I can only suggest you buy a different brand.😌 (yes, not the answer you wanted, but what else can you do)
